Thor Venediger Hvidsten has real estate transactions, real estate development, property law and general contract law as his special fields. He has many years of experience in consulting through various stages of real estate development projects.
Hvidsten assists in the negotiation of complex agreement structures between landowners, property developers, contractors and tenants. He also assists with sectioning, mergers and land transfers, structuring construction properties, assisting in easements and land acquisitions, as well as sales to market end users.
Hvidsten has broad expertise in planning and building law and is also specialized in land mooring, where he assists both landowners and moorers in cases concerning redemption / settlement of mooring conditions, regulation of mooring fees, etcetera. He also regularly assists in matters related to housing associations and owner section co-ownerships, and has extensive procedural experience, with his main emphasis on real estate, contract and compensation-related disputes.
